In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble. In the same pan, sauté chopped garlic and onion in olive oil until fragrant.
Add chopped broccoli to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until tender. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and half of the cheese.
Stir in the bacon, broccoli, and garlic mixture into the egg mixture, then pour into a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
