LunchCrispy bacon and juicy chicken wrapped in fresh lettuce, topped with a spicy chili kick!
In a skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, reserving the bacon grease.
In the same skillet, add butter and cook the chicken breast until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
Scramble the eggs in the skillet with the leftover bacon grease until fully cooked.
Slice the cooked chicken into strips, and dice the cucumber and chili pepper.
Assemble the wraps by placing chicken, scrambled eggs, cucumber, and chili pepper on a lettuce leaf, then top with a bacon slice and roll up.
