Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
Add salt, vanilla extract, and sweetener to the egg whites and continue whisking until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix together cacao powder, peanut butter, and baking powder until smooth.
Gently fold the peanut butter mixture into the egg white mixture until just combined, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bites are set and slightly firm to the touch.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then enjoy your Peanut Butter Cacao Cloud Bites!
