Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season the pork chops with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
While the pork chops are cooking, steam the green beans until tender, about 5 minutes.
Once the pork chops are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
In the same skillet, add the sauerkraut and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve the pork chops with a side of sauerkraut and steamed green beans.
