In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
While the shrimp is cooking, slice the cucumber into thick rounds to create a base for the shrimp.
