Season the beef sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter and sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from pan and let it rest.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque. Stir in chopped parsley.
Slice the rested steak and serve topped with garlic shrimp and sauce.
