In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the minced chili pepper and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp turns pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly before assembling.
Take a lettuce leaf, spoon the beef and shrimp mixture into the center, and wrap it up like a taco. Enjoy!
