Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
Stuff the bell peppers with the beef and shrimp mixture, place in a baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
